How to request support
- Choose a 1, 5, or 10-hour pack below.
- Open LiveChat and describe the issue using the email address linked to your purchase. The assistant checks your support-hour balance and collects incident details.
- For a business-critical emergency, choose emergency escalation in LiveChat. When at least two hours are available, it alerts the on-call team. The response target is under one hour. If LiveChat is unavailable, call +31 (0)85 3013 138. For non-urgent issues, you can also raise a ticket from your account.
Emergency support uses double time
Emergency support is charged at double time. For every actual hour of emergency work, two hours are recorded against your balance in FluentBoard. You need at least two hours available to begin emergency work. A 1-hour purchase alone is not enough to start an emergency response.
Support hour prices
- 1 hour — €120
- 5 hours — €570 (€114 per support hour)
- 10 hours — €1,080 (€108 per support hour)
Emergency use is deducted at twice the selected pack’s effective hourly rate: €240 per actual hour at the single-hour rate, €228 with the 5-hour pack, or €216 with the 10-hour pack. All prices exclude VAT. Unused hours remain on your account.
